Harken Event Company is a rebrand
of the former company name
Mosaic Event Group.
We rebranded the company on 1.8.18.
18 is a symbol for prosperity,
great beginnings, good luck and
a long life. The 8's also represent
the number of perfection (the infinity).
We mean it when we say that “we live for events”. The Harken Event Company team is dedicated to our clients and their event goals. Our passion about creating perfect events is evident to everyone that meets us and our “going above and beyond” mentality and drive for success truly stands out among other event planning groups. Our team has 15+ years of event experience producing special occasion events, non-profit events and small to large corporate events for highly respected organizations. No matter what type of event you are looking to create, we would love to help.
We excel at creating high-end feeling experiences on a budget. We know how to adhere to a budget but we refuse to cut corners or produce something that isn't exceptional.

At Harken Events we care. We care about our customers, we care about our events and we care about our communities. It is important to our core values that we give back and that the success we share is shared with others.
We are proud supporters of all of our Military, Police and Firefighter Heroes that keep us all safe. We are honored to give back to these Heroes with a 10% discount on all of our planning services. This is a forever discount. It is not a promotion, but rather a commitment from Harken Event Company to our Heroes.
Aaron's Presents is a local non profit organization out of Andover, MA
(serving all of MA) with a mission to inspire children to give to themselves to the world.
Aaron's Presents provides the resources to enable children to carry out their own ideas that they feel will have a positive impact on others. Aaron's Presents empowers kids to see that they all have something to give and to use that realization to pay it forward and have a positive impact on the world.
Brides Across America (BAA) is a non-profit committed to loving one another by gifting weddings and wedding gowns to our military & first responders. Since 2008, Brides Across America has played a role in making their dreams come true by giving a military or first responder bride a free wedding gown during an “Operation Wedding Gown Event”.
To date they have gifted over 20,000 wedding dresses and over 20 free weddings. Each year they host dozens of "Operation Wedding Gown" giveaway events at participating bridal salons nationwide. Events are held in July (around Independence Day) and November (around Veteran's Day).
